This is the normal route that we take on Tuesday mornings. Start at Riverside at 4:30am, travel down to Jaycee Park, go over Barber Bridge and back. There are also runners that leave at 5:15 from Riverside, as well.
MORNING RUN
5:30am Royal Palm Pointe Speed Training
Workout begins at the far end of Royal Palm Pointe. 5:30am.
Training route varies each week, but finish with about 5 miles total.
EVENING RUN
6:30pm Fun Run/Walk with Runner's Depot
Meet at Runner's Depot on Miracle Mile for a 5.5 mile bridge loop. (436 21st Street, Vero Beach)
Runners and walkers of all paces and ability levels are welcome to come out.

Thursday Morning Route. Thursday Morning Route leaves Yulin's at 4:30am, goes over 17th Street Bridge, down to Riverside Park, over Barber Bridge and loops back to Yulin's. There is another group that leaves at 5:30am and follows the same route. Great if you need to do a long run.
Saturday Morning Route. This route starts at 6:00am from South Beach and is a 10-mile loop back to South Beach. An earlier group does the same route starting at 4:30am. Great way to get in a long training run.
